Lead time begins when we receive a signed proof for artwork approval. Our production schedule is very tight and lead times could get extended during peak holidays.

The average lead times are listed below and vary based on your level of customization.

1-49 Candles: 1-2 weeks

50-249 Candles: 3-4 weeks

250-499 Candles: 4-5 weeks

500-999 Candles: 5-6 weeks

1,000-2,499 Candles: 6-8 weeks

2,500-5,000+ Candles: 10+ weeks

Custom printed gift boxes, matchboxes and wood lids require a minimum 4-5 week lead time.

Custom Pantone Color Glass requires a minimum 6-7 week lead time.

If you are unsure about meeting a deadline, please contact us for an estimated ship date. Production time does not include transportation time. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We offer bulk mailing service to individual households for holiday or corporate campaigns. The price depends on the shipped weight and dimensions, as well as the quantity and destination.

If you would like to order a branded sample candle, custom samples start at $395 each and vary based on the product and level of customization. Please contact a Spark team member to process your custom sample request. 

Yes, you can submit print-ready artwork using your own design at no charge. Your account rep will help provide artwork specs based on your vessel and project. 

General Custom Artwork Specs:

Yes, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your online purchase, we accept requests for returns and exchanges within 10 days of your retail purchase or delivery date. Products must be in original condition and returned to Spark Candles within 21 days. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

If your candle is damaged upon delivery, please report it within 5 business days along with a detailed photo to info@sparkcandles.com and we will process a shipping claim and arrange for a replacement order as soon as possible.

Note: We do not accept returns for Custom, Wholesale, and Private Label orders. 

We do not have retail storefronts and our Design Studios are not open to the public at this time.
