Yes. Spark Candles specializes in custom candle manufacturing, private label production, white label candles and bulk programs for brands, retailers, agencies and corporate partners. We produce candles under your brand using your selected vessels, fragrances and packaging.
We work with brands, procurement teams, marketing agencies, retailers, hotels, spas, subscription box builders, corporate gifting programs, e-commerce companies and marketing agencies. Whether you’re launching your first line or scaling an existing one, we support both small batch and large production runs for businesses of all sizes across every industry.
All candles are hand-poured in our production studios in the USA and Canada. Our U.S. factory is in Boca Raton, FL, and our Canadian factory is in Toronto. We manufacture for North American and international brands seeking reliable, high-quality production.
MOQs vary based on vessel styles, in-stock availability and packaging requirements. Our MOQ for most in-stock styles (link) is 100+ units per SKU (design/scent), 250+ units for custom color glass (link), 500+ for special-sourced vessels, and most retail partners purchase at 1,000-5,000+ units per SKU for more cost-effective candle collections for resale. Lead times depend on project scope and availability of materials. Standard production times for less than 500x candles are about 3x weeks from artwork approval, and 6x weeks for projects with custom color glass or custom printed packaging. Orders of 500-1,000+ candles are produced in about 8x weeks, and rush production is available for all projects.
Yes. White label candles use our existing vessels and fragrances with your branding applied. Private label candle collections allow for more customization and branding opportunities, with special sourced vessels, custom fragrances (link) and more branded layers such as custom printed matchboxes (link) and other accessories.
Yes. You may choose from our existing Signature Fragrances (link) or work with us on developing your own Brand-Inspired Custom Fragrance (link). Our expert perfumers can also match or recreate existing scent profiles if you have a candle brand or scent that you love, or want to adjust to match your brands' identity. Custom fragrance development is a fun process where we touch base on guidance and inspiration, then prepare and ship multiple rounds of scent samples, connecting between them for feedback and revisions, as we narrow down your final selection. Most are developed in 2-3x rounds in about 4x weeks.
Yes! Our perfumers can absolutely recreate a fragrance using an existing candle or perfume for inspiration. The designer assigned to your project will gather this information ahead of developing your custom fragrance, and usually purchase the candle or perfume for guidance so our team can get started.
Candles produced by our studio use only all-natural waxes. We offer pure soy, pure soy/coconut, and beeswax options, which contain no paraffin or other petroleum products.

We offer special-sourced and client-supplied vessel styles. If your project requires a specific look, size or style that isn't available in our Order Online Collection (link) our studio will source the style for you, or pour your collection using vessels you supply. The minimum order quantity for these kinds of projects is 250-500+ units per SKU (design/scent).
Spark Candles are hand poured in our downtown Toronto and South Florida design studios.
For U.S. clients, your candles are made in the U.S.A., and for Canadian clients, your candles are made in Canada. For international clients, you can choose between our U.S. and Canadian studios.
We have 50+ Signature Fragrance options available for our clients, which are clean burning without any parabens or phthalates. We use both naturally-derived and lab-derived formulations that are vegan, and free of any toxins and hormone disrupters.
Yes. We partner with brands that already have established specifications and need a reliable long-term domestic manufacturing partner. If you have an existing product line, we can evaluate your formulas and production requirements, and offer suggestions on how to recreate and improve your candle collection with Spark.
Yes, you can submit print-ready artwork using your own design at no charge. Your account rep will help provide artwork specs based on your vessel and project.
General Custom Artwork Specs:
Submit print-ready artwork files as .ai, .psd, .pdf, or .jpg (hi res, minimum 300dpi)
Must be setup in CMYK
Include 1/8" bleed
Outline fonts or send font files
Minimum font size is 5.5pt
Final artwork approval is required from the client prior to going to production. Please check proof carefully. Spark Candles is not responsible for misprinted spelling of names, dates, barcodes, or color settings.
If a specific Pantone is required, ordering a branded sample is recommended.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.
Bulk orders require signed artwork approval from the client prior to going to production. Spark Candles is not responsible for misprinted spelling of names, dates, barcodes, or color settings. If a specific Pantone is required, please confirm this and other design details with your project lead before approval.
If any items are damaged during transit, please take pictures of the shipping boxes, the damaged items, and provide them within 5 business days so our team can help file a shipping claim on your behalf.
Candle manufacturing starts by connecting with our design team to learn about your project needs, designs, quantities and in-hand dates. Then our studio provides pricing for your project, and you're assigned a point person moving forward. Once you're ready, you'll finalize all your project details with your project lead, and they'll provide an invoice, send samples, gather your design elements (logos, branding guidelines, project instructions) and prepare your digital artwork mockups for review, revisions and approval. Once you've signed your proof and finalized your project details, our studio begins production of your candle collection, including pouring the collection, printing your custom labels and custom packaging. Once your candle collection has been produced, our team packs and ships them to your delivery address, or addresses if you have multiple locations.
We accept bank transfer, wire transfer and all major credit cards*.
Note: All wholesale and custom orders must be paid in full upon placing the order.
Inventory changes daily and we are unable to reserve materials without paid order confirmation.
We offer free shipping across the contiguous U.S. and Canada on all bulk custom candle orders. Orders are shipped via ground or LTL freight, and expedited shipping options are available at cost and pricing is provided once your order details have been finalized. Note: Our offices are not open to the public for pickup.

Customers in the U.S. and Canada enjoy all-inclusive pricing, with no hidden fees, shipping costs, tariffs, or brokerage. Stateside client collections are hand poured in the USA, and Canadian client collections are hand poured in Canada.
For international orders, we can provide cost-effective shipping options, and some countries may charge added fees such as VAT taxes.
Our offices and studios are not currently open to the public.
Yes, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your online purchase, we accept requests for returns and exchanges within 10 days of your retail purchase or delivery date. Products must be in original condition and returned to Spark Candles within 21 days. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
If your candle is damaged upon delivery, please report it within 5 business days along with a detailed photo to info@sparkcandles.com and we will process a shipping claim and arrange for a replacement order as soon as possible.
Note: We do not accept returns for Custom, Wholesale, and Private Label orders.
