We offer a 30 day return policy for wholesale and unbranded candles. Clients must ship the unused, unlabeled candles back to Spark, and once they are received and inspected, our studio will issue a refund.
Upon delivery, please inspect inventory for any damages during transit and report it within 5 business days along with detailed photos to process a shipping claim. Please note, shipping claims can take several weeks to be processed.
We accept bank transfer, wire transfer and all major credit cards*.

Yes, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your online purchase, we accept requests for returns and exchanges within 10 days of your retail purchase or delivery date. Products must be in original condition and returned to Spark Candles within 21 days. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund. If your candle is damaged upon delivery, please report it within 5 business days along with a detailed photo to info@sparkcandles.com and we will process a shipping claim and arrange for a replacement order as soon as possible.
