Spark Candles are hand poured with only all-natural waxes, and no paraffin.

Our all-natural waxes are pure soy, pure soy/coconut, as well as soy/beeswax, coconut/beeswax and pure beeswax options for our custom candle molds and taper candles.

Absolutely! If you'd like to experience Spark Candles, you can discover your favourite fragrances with a Spark Welcome Pack.

Welcome Packs include 12x 1oz tin sample candles and you can select from our 50+ Signature Fragrances.

Spark Candles are hand poured in our downtown Toronto and South Florida design studios.

For U.S. clients, your candles are made in the U.S.A., and for Canadian clients, your candles are made in Canada. For international clients, you can choose between our U.S. and Canadian studios.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. Please check spelling carefully.

Bulk orders of 25+ candles require signed artwork approval from the client prior to going to production. Spark Candles is not responsible for misprinted spelling of names, dates, barcodes, or color settings. If a specific Pantone is required, please confirm this and other design details with your project lead before approval.

If any items are damaged during transit, please take pictures of the shipping boxes, the damaged items, and provide them within 5 business days so our team can help file a shipping claim on your behalf.

Online Retail Orders over $100+ receive Free Domestic Shipping across the U.S. and Canada.

Bulk candle orders include free ground or LTL freight shipping in the contiguous U.S. and across Canada.

Expedited shipping options are available at cost and pricing is provided once your order details have been finalized.

Customers in the U.S. and Canada enjoy all-inclusive pricing, with no hidden fees, shipping costs, tariffs, or brokerage.

For international orders, we can provide cost-effective shipping options, and some countries may charge added fees such as VAT taxes.
