For our single custom candle styles, you submit your own designs and artwork, and we do not offer proofing or design services. If you'd like Spark to assist with your designs, and create print-ready artwork for custom labels and packaging, this is available for bulk orders, and you can view the available style options in our Custom Candle Lookbook
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. Please check spelling for your custom message and names very carefully when placing the order to help ensure your candles look as good as they smell.
For damaged items, please inspect your candles for any damages during transit and report it within 5 business days along with detailed photos to request and process a shipping claim and refund.
Ground shipping is free on orders over $100; otherwise it's calculated at checkout. We ship across the U.S., Canada and internationally.
If you're shipping internationally, shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Many countries have additional duties, taxes or tariffs in place, and they may charge fees to the recipient for their order. If this occurs, the carrier (Ex. UPS, FedEx, etc. will contact the recipient for payment of any extra fees for their shipment.
