Labels are made of water-resistant material
Include 1/8" bleed
Files must be setup in CMYK
Fonts must be minimum 5.5pt

We accept files as .ai, .psd, .pdf, or .jpg (hi-res, min 300 dpi)
Please allow 2-3 business days for initial design proof and any subsequent revisions.

Is there a fee to change the font or colours on the label?
For orders of 100+ candles, there is no fee to use your branding colours or fonts on any of the styles in our lookbook. Design services include up to three rounds of revisions. If the project workload becomes larger than predicted, an additional fee will apply before moving forward.
Can I use my company logo instead of Spark's logo?
Sure thing! We offer fully customizable private label candle collections.
How long do custom design services typically take?
Each project is tailor-made for the client. Depending on the level of support your project requires, custom design services may add 1-3 weeks or more to the timeline.
What if I'm not sure which design services I need?
No problem! Submit a Custom Quote Request with brief project details and we'll send you a personalized quote for your project.
Will I receive an artwork proof before production?
Yes, once your order is confirmed, you'll be paired with a designer who will gather your logo and custom artwork elements. They'll email you a digital proof within 1-2 business days to confirm the cutlines, placement, finishes, etc. Signed approval is required to release materials for production.
